“Alfvén Bread”
The “Alfvén Bread” was created by professor Inga-Britt Gustafsson and chef Örjan Klein on the initative of the Hugo Alfvén Society. When the Society meets it is always served. Hugo Alfvén never tasted this specific bread – but he would if he had had the opportunity. He liked good food.
